FIREARMS WILL NOT BE DROP SHIPPED YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK IT UP AT POST OFFICE YOURSELF WITH VALID PAL IN YOUR POSSESSION.

You must have PAL in your possession or we will not ship firearm to you

All Firearms and ammunition are shipped with a signature option. No other person then a receiver can pick up the goods. Valid PAL license require to pick up the rifle to transport it to your house of residents. It the law in Canada to have your PAL license with you at all times when you transporting a firearms. Exchange and Returns

All exchanges of items will be done only when original item returned to us. No exceptions to this rule. Buyer pays for return of item

1. Return privilege: All goods are sold with a three-day (from receipt of order) "no questions asked" return policy. No returns will be accepted without a return number. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received. We offer a full refund less shipping. If item was a free shipping then actual shipping cost will be deducted ( No exceptions) We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all SPECIAL ORDER items. All surplus items "SOLD AS IS" you must check pictures of item and be 100% satisfied before ordering. All surplus items will have minor scratches by nature of this items. If you believe that those items were damaged during transportation. You will need to call Canada Post and notify us of tracking number.

All warranty returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number can be ONLY acquired by e-mail at master@westrifle.com No phone calls RA# will be issued. Returned item(s) must be in original packing and attached with RA#, your name, shipping address, contact number, brief description of problem, a copy of your receipt of purchase, If item was damaged because of your negligence actual shipping cost must be paid when item returned to you ( usually $10-$20 dollars except larger items)

2. Used firearms and equipment: All goods will be supplied in sound working condition unless otherwise specified. If you have any concerns please request clarification before purchasing.

3. Manufacturer's Warranty: We do not refer our customers directly to the manufacturer but handle all claims ourselves, "in house". In extreme cases we have even replaced customers firearms and then claimed from the manufacturer, we have also cannibalized parts from new in stock firearms to expedite claims. Under no circumstances attempt to return a firearm direct to an overseas manufacturer with out first consulting with us. With all claims we need a copy of your sales receipt or the order number.

Shipping and Delivery

Most confirmed orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Special Order products require up to 10 days for shipping.

Ammunition is shipped by Canpar, firearm orders are shipped by Canada Post. We only ship within Canada. All Firearms and Ammunition shipped with signature only. We don not ship Firearms and Ammunition to PO boxes. Firearms or Ammunition cannot be left at the door!

Once an order is placed any cancellation, after payment has been processed and invoiced is subject to a 10% administration fee on the grand total of your order. By Entering your credit card into the Webcart and submitting your order, you are accepting our cancellation policy.

Please note that Canpar, UPS and Canada Post are third party carriers. Westrifle Canada will not be held responsible for delays in shipping once an order is in transit. In the event that an order is lost, we will process a claim and a refund or replacement item will be sent once the claim is complete. Statistically we have experienced a lost parcel (once in the hands of the carrier), approx 1 time for every 1000 orders.

All claims of shortages or damage goods must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Packages that go missing in transit will be refunded or replaced only after the shipping company (Canada Post or UPS) has completed its investigation and has determined the package to be lost.

Investigations take on average 10-15 business days once submitted.

No returned or exchange after 30 days from purchase. Please inspect your item when you receive it

We reserve the right to cancel any order at no cost to customer. Orders that shipped airlift locations or airbases may be charged additional amount. We will email you if this occurs before we ship an item
