This SKS scope mount is investment cast out of Steel. Once installed, you can continue to clean your SKS as normal without removing the mount. Mount has enough height to retain use of the open sights.
It will require gunsmithing to install.
Drilling and tapping of the receiver are required.
Weaver, not Picatinny.
